Fort Frames are sold through quality bicycle shops or direct to consumers in areas where we do not have stocking dealers. We will happily direct you to dealers in your area, if available. If no bicycle dealers are stocking our product locally, we can help you with frame and parts purchases, along with general advice on fit and component selection for our bikes. Fort Bicycles sells to wholesale or retail customers in Canada and Mexico, but we do not sell to foreign countries where there are other Fort distributors--including the UK, Denmark, Germany, Australia, Holland, Finland, Spain and others.

You can't buy a Fort Frame with a mouse click. At Fort Bicycles, we believe a frameset is worth talking over, involving topics like sizing, color, ride characteristics, and parts choices. We welcome any questions you may have about our products, or even just to tell us you've seen Fort Frames at your local races. Nobody here is in the bike business just to anonymously sell "shopping cart items"-- please give us a call.
Fort Bicycles accepts VISA and Mastercard, as well as personal cheques and Money Orders. We ship via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. We are open 10 to 5 weekdays, plus non-racing or off-season Saturdays.

All Fort Frames are fully warrantied against defects in materials and manufacturing. Warranty periods range from 2 to 10 years, depending upon frame material. Warranties do not apply in cases of improper assembly or maintenance, nor crash damage.
All returns or warranty claims must be pre-approved by email or telephone, we cannot accept returns without a Return Authorization number. Shipping charges are not refundable. A restocking fee may apply.
