Fort Bicycles sells to wholesale or retail customers in Canada and Mexico, but we do not sell to foreign countries where there are other Fort distributors--including the UK, Denmark, Germany, Australia, Holland, Finland, Spain and others.
Fort Bicycles accepts VISA and Mastercard, as well as personal cheques and Money Orders. We ship via FedEx or USPS Priority Mail. We are open 8 to 5 weekdays but may be out for a lunch time ride. All Fort frames are fully warrantied against defects in materials and manufacturing. Warranty periods are 2 years for most models. Warranties do not apply in cases of improper assembly or maintenance, nor crash damage. All returns or warranty claims must be pre-approved by email or telephone, we cannot accept returns without a Return Authorization number. Shipping charges are not refundable. A restocking fee may apply.
